This one was for a Speed Sculpting Competition. The theme was a TV character Head Bust. The rules were:

Not longer than 7 hours.

No textures.

Screen or render shot.

I made a character as part of a speed modeling competition that used children's drawings of monsters as inspiriation. The triangle limit for the characters had to be less than 13,000 and use only normal, opacity and AO maps no larger than 2048x2048. The image I chose was probably the cutest character design I have ever seen!
